PU examination results, Medical exams date sheet
PU results
Lahore, April 16, 2008: The Punjab University Examination Department has declared the
results of various examinations on Tuesday.
According to a press
statement these exams include MSc Psychology and MSc Applied Psychology, MA
Punjabi, MA Finance, PGD in Computer Science, M Phil Persian, M Phil History,
Diploma in Banking Laws, MBBS Final Professional, Diploma in Anesthesia and BSc
(Hons) in Computer Science.
According to the details in MSc Psychology
Part-II Annual Examination 2007, 329 candidates appeared in the exam and 221
were declared successful. In MSc Applied Psychology Part-II Annual Examination
2007, 141 candidates appeared in the exam and 130 were declared successful.
In MA Punjabi (Semester System) Session 2005-2007, 30 candidates
appeared in the exam and all were declared successful. MA Finance (Semester
System) Session 2004-2006, 34 candidates appeared in the exam and 32 were
declared successful while result of 2 candidates is late.
In PGD in
Computer Science (Semester System) Session 199-2000, 2 candidates appeared in
the exam and both were declared successful. In M Phil Persian, Session
2002-2004, only one candidate Roll No 05 appeared in the exam and was declared
successful.
In M Phil History (Semester System), Session 2003-2005, 6
candidates appeared in the exam and all were declared successful. In Diploma in
Banking Laws (Semester System) Session 2006-2007, 52 candidates appeared in the
exam and 45 were declares successful.
In MBBS Final Professional
(Re-Organized Scheme), Annual Examination 2007, 30 candidates appeared in the
exam and 19 were declared successful.
In Diploma in Anesthesia (DA)
Part-I Annual Examination 2006, 12 candidates appeared in the exam and 5 were
declares successful.
In BSc (Hons) in Computer Science, Fourth Year, 1st
Annual Examination 2007, 79 candidates appeared in the exam and 45 were declares

Seminar:
The Punjab University's Department of
Microbiology and Molecular Genetics (MMG) in collaboration with the Higher
Education Commission (HEC) will organise a one-day seminar on "Microbial
Resistant Paints" on April 17, said a press statement.
Medical exams date sheet
Lahore: The Punjab University Examination Department has issued the date sheets of Master of
Surgery (MS) and Doctor of Medicine (MD) examinations. According to a press
statement Master of Surgery (MS) Supplementary Examination 2006 will commence
from April 28 and will conclude on May 8, 2008 while Doctor of Medicine (MD)
Supplementary Examination 2006 will commence from April 28 and will conclude on
