I.T.Teachers(515 in punjab) jobs by Federal and Punjab
T.T.Singh: We were recruited as I.T.Teachers(515 in
punjab) by Federal and Punjab Govt on 50% share basis. It was a three years
Project and it was launched in all provinces at the same time.According to the
project specifications, all the I.T.Teachers would be regularised in their
respective scales after completion of the three years project and it would be
transfered from development to non-development side. All the other provinces
Regularised I.T.Teachers in B.S.17(we have notifications) .In Punjab the story
is quite different. The punjab Govt extended our contract after a hard struggle
but we are awarded B.S.16 instead of B.S.17.We have been receiving all the
facilities of B.S.17 for three years. It is a great example of unjustice and
discrimination.I Dear sir,can you imagine we have not been receiving our
salaries since 11 months. It is really terrible and we are in miserable
conditions.our salary budget has been released to all the districts of punjab on
23rd Feb. but we r still salaryless. Now we cant afford any delay. We have already
disgraced in the worst fashion. We had been borrowing money from our relatives
and friends but now they are reluctant. As a result of this we lost our
self-respect. We are all Master Degree holders(M.C.S) from prominent
universities. I can,t explain my personal story of the last year because I have
lost my father two months ago.The delay in our salary is unbearable now,it is an
extreme point of our patience.we are really helpless now a days. The higher
authorities cant understand our feelings, you are the person who can understand
and convey our feelings to C.M.Punjab on priority basis. The above facts is
really a question mark on the Chief Ministers vision regarding Education. Sir,
we can get success in both the worlds by helping such people as we are during
these days. I am quite hopeful from your side. Please sir try to make sure the
payment of our salaries within a week. May You live in your desired conditions
forever. With best Regards. Muhammad Imran I.T.Teacher, T.T.Singh, imrankhansahi@gmail.com
