IIUI receives 17,000 forms for 2,000 seats
ISLAMABAD, Aug 3: The International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI)
has received 17,000 applications for admission against 2,000 seats in its
various study programmes for the academic session starting next month.
The Management Sciences Faculty received the highest number of 5,000
applications followed by the Engineering and Technology Faculty with 4,000
applications, while the Applied Sciences Faculty attracted 2,000 applicants and
1,500 candidates applied in the School of Economics.
Candidates passing
the written test will be interviewed this week. New classes will start in early
September.
Boys can deposit their fee with the Habib Bank branches at the
IIUI old and new campuses at Aabpara, I-9 Industrial Area, SDV Mall Road and at
Satellite Town.
Women students can deposit their fee with the First
Women Bank branches at the IIUI Women Campus, Blue Area, G-9 Markaz, Allama
Iqbal Open University H-8, Al Amin Plaza, Saddar and Murree Road Rawalpindi. Daily times
