KU student injured by reckless bus
Karachi, Aug 22: A student of the University of Karachi received head injuries when she was hit
by a recklessly-driven point bus inside the campus on Tuesday afternoon. She was
taken to a nearby hospital where she was stated to be in a critical
condition.
Naila Parveen, a student of the Department of Chemistry, was
hit by a KU point bus while she was waiting for a bus to go outside the campus.
The students rushed her to a local hospital near the university but doctors
advised them to get a CT scan of her skull to know the severity of the injury
and ultimately she was taken to the Aga Khan Hospital, where, till our filing of
this report, she had not gained consciousness.

there got enraged and tried to manhandle the bus driver but some student leaders
prevented them and promised that they will take the issue with the university
