PU announces various examinations results
Lahore, Dec 05, 2007: The Punjab University
Examination Department has announced the results of various examinations. These
examinations include MSc Applied Psychology, Part-I, Annual Examination 2007,
MSc Chemistry, Part-I, Annual Examination 2007 and MSc Zoology, Part-I, Annual
Examination 2007. Detailed results are available at university website

GCU Prize distribution ceremony
A prize distribution ceremony of International Kangroo Mathematics Contest 2007
and National Mathematics Olympiad 2006 will be held at Bokhari Auditorium of the
Government College University (GCU) on December 8. Governor Punjab Lt Gen (r)
Khalid Maqbool will be the chief guest on the occasion.
GCU Dramatic Club team returns today
A 20-member delegation of the Government College University (GCU) Dramatics Club
will return from a tour of India on Wednesday (today). According to a press
statement, the troupe performed at several venues in Delhi including the Habitat
Centre, Lady Shriram College and the University of Delhi. Its performances of
Ishfaq Ahmadís play Behen Bhai and Bano Qudsiaís play Amar Bail, directed by
Danish Jehangir Khan and Dr Farhan Edabat Yar Khan respectively, were
appreciated by the audience. The theatre connoisseurs particularly appreciated
the individual performances of Madiha Gul, Mian Faraz, Danish Jehangir, Fasiha
Afghan, Mohsin Manzoor, Maira Mehdi and Muhammad Umer Khan. The News
