FUUAST exams rescheduled: Dow University result
Karachi, Dec 20, 2007: Controller Examination of Federal Urdu University of Arts,
Science and Technology (FUUAST), Prof. Waqar-ul-Haq, has released a statement
citing the change in the examination date of BSc (Honours) first and second year
and MSc first year.
According to the current schedule, the exams which
were suppose to be held on December 31, 2007 and January 5, 2008 have been
postponed. New dates will be announced later. However, the third paper which was
scheduled on January 17, 2008 will be held on the same date.
Furthermore,
he said that the MSc final year paper on December 27, 2007 and January 1, 2008
has been postponed as well. However, the new date for this exam will be
announced later. The fifth paper on January 14, 2008 will be held as per
scheduled.

Controller of Examination of Dow University of Health
Sciences (DUHS) Mr Rashid Ali has announced the result of First Professional
MBBS Part 'B' Annual Examination 2008. The result of DOW Medical College and
Sindh Medical College has already been announced.
According to it,
Ammarah Yasmeen got the first position with 423 marks out of 500, Haris Raza got
second position with 404 marks, Adeel Ahmed Waheed got third position with 402
marks. 583 students appeared in the examination while 499 passed and 84 failed
and the passing percentage is 85.59. The News
