Urdu University Postponed papers
KARACHI, Feb 11: The Federal Urdu University of Arts, Sciences and
Technology has announced that the Mathematics and Chemistry papers of BSc (Hons)
earlier scheduled for Feb 7 will now be held on Feb 14. The Political Science
paper of BA (Hons) will be held on Feb 15. Dawn
KU BS exams
Karachi, Feb 11: The University of Karachi has announced that the
examination forms for BS Physiotherapy, 1st year (Batch-2006) and BS
Physiotherapy 4th year (Batch-2003) annual examination for 2007 can be submitted
from Feb 9 to Feb 21 with a fee of Rs3,100 including sports fee and marks
certificate etc. PPI
KU MA exam fee up to 15th
Karachi, Feb 11: Karachi University Registrar Prof Rais Alvi on Sunday announced that the external
candidates for MA, double MA and improvement of division could submit their
registration forms for annual examination 2007, to be held in 2008, till Feb 15
with fee Rs 2,000, including the late fee worth Rs 200.

STBE declares diploma results
Karachi, Feb 11: Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE) on Sunday
announced the results of Diploma in Fine Arts in various disciplines annual
examinations 2007.
As per results, in Fine Arts, Abbas Waheed of Central
Institute of Arts and Crafts stood first with 91.40 per cent marks, Hina Yousuf
of Karachi School of Arts and Samra Haroon of North City School of Art declared
second with 80.70 per cent marks while Shahnila Azhar of Karachi School of Arts
with 88 per cent marks stood third.
In Commercial Arts (Textile Design),
Quratul Ain of North City School of Arts secured 82.5 marks and stood first,
Sabahat Kulsum of Sadequain College of Arts and Architecture with 82.3 marks
stood second and Khalid Sharif of Central Institutes of Arts and Crafts with
81.70 declared third.
In Commercial Arts (Graphic Design), Komal Asif of
North City School of Arts stood first with 81.00 per cent marks, Rafia Siddique
of Karachi School of Arts second with 80.30 per cent marks while Sadi Ghaffar
Ahmed of Karachi School of Arts with 76.50 per cent marks stood third.
