Ex-principal of D.J. College passes away
KARACHI, Feb 27(Dawn): Professor K.R.S. Iyer, former principal of D.J. Sindh
College Karachi passed away in San Jose, USA on the night of February
24.
Shrimad Bhagvad Gita Akhand Path and Satsang will be held today
(Tuesday) at 6 pm at Prem Sagar office, Swami Narayan Temple Estate Trust, MA
Jinnah Road.
The ashes of the departed soul will be flown to Karachi in
the first week of April for last ceremonial rites in River Indus as desired by
him.
The late Mr Iyer is survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter
all settled in USA.
A ceremonial gathering, prayers and holy yanja will
be held on arrival of his family in April.
