Lahore intermediate suppl result, 41.16 per cent pass
Lahore, Jan 13, 2008: The result of Intermediate Part-I and Part-II (Combined) Supplementary
Examination, 2007, conducted by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary
Education (BISE) Lahore, has been announced with an overall pass percentage of
41.16 percent. As many as 13,707 candidates had applied for the said exam while
12,977 appeared out of which 5,341 were declared successful. 506 candidates had
appeared in the Pre-Medical Group out of which 214 were declared successful
while 623 candidates had appeared in the Pre-Engineering Group and 337 got
through the exam.
In the General Science Group 715 candidates had appeared while
319 of them were declared successful. As many as 1,192 candidates had appeared
in the Commerce Group and out of them 563 were declared successful. 9,941
candidates had appeared in Humanities and other Groups out of which 3,908
succeeded in passing the exam. The candidates who have either been placed under
compartment or have failed in the said exam are allowed to deposit the admission
form and fee for the Intermediate Part-I and II Annual Examination, 2008 till
January 27 with single fee. The last date with double fee February 13 while 17th
April, 2008 is the last date with triple fee. The exam will commence from May
