HSC (Home Eco)results declared
Karachi, July 28: HSC-II Home Economics: The controller of examination, Board of
Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK), Prof. Agha Akber Mirza announced the
results of HSC part-II (Second Year) Home Economics Group annual examinations
2007 on Friday.
According to the results, Umaina Farooqui d/o Zia Ul Haq
Farooqui having seat no 1408 took first position, Farheen Sadia d/o Usman Ahmed
seat no 1126 clinched second position while Umme Hani Alam seat 1413 stood
third.
The students of Rana Liauqat Ali Khan Government College of Home
Economics, Stadium Road took all top positions. As many as 489 candidates
appeared in the examinations, out of which 313 passed, in which nine were placed
in A grade, 72 in B, 152 in C, 79 in D and one in E. The overall percentage
remained at 64.01pc.
KU: The examinations department, University of
Karachi announced the results of B.Sc part-I and part-II Medical Technology
annual examinations 2006.
A total of 100 candidates took the Part-I
examination, of which 83 passed with an overall pass ratio at 83 per cent.
According to part-II results, Syeda Quratulain d/o Muhammad Zahir Shah
bearing seat no 62008 grabbed first position, Shazia Mohammad Qasim d/o Mohammad
Qasim seat no 62011 clinched second position while Sadaf Gul d/o Gul Mohammad
Shaikh roll no 62012 took third position. All the three positions went to ZA
School of Medical Technology SIUT. Fifty-seven candidates appeared in the
examinations, out of which 52 passed it with an overall pass percentage at 91.22
