Lenin's book translated into Urdu
LAHORE, July 16: Dr Saulat Nagi launched his Urdu translation of Lenin's
book 'Materialism and Empirico-criticism' on Sunday at the Lahore Press Club.
Lenin (1870-1924) was a Russian revolutionary, communist politician and
the first head of the Russian Soviet Socialist Republic. He wrote the book in
1908 that deals with topics of matter, logic and philosophy.
Saulat said that the study of matter was considered basic to all philosophical
enquiries which developed ideas, imagination and experiences.
Dr Mubarik
Ali on the occasion said that Saulat had made a great contribution in the fields
of science and logic by translating the book into Urdu.
Munnoo Bhai
congratulated Saulat for his successful attempt of adding a masterpiece in the
realm of philosophy and science. Addressing the press conference, Tahira Mazhar
Ali Khan said capitalism had eroded the basic structure of society and
perpetuated class conflict in the state. Daily times
