Karachi University announcements
Karachi, June 26(The News): The University of Karachi (KU) has notified that the admit cards and programmes
of MA (Previous and Final) external annual examinations has been dispatched to
the residential addresses of candidates.
However, such candidates who
have not received admit cards are directed to contact the external unit,
examination department at Silver Jubilee Gate from June 26 to 29 said a KU
notification.
KU also announced the results of B.Ed (Morning and Evening)
supplementary examinations 2006. According to the result statistics of B.Ed
(Morning), as many as 209 candidates appeared in the examinations; only six
passed in A Grade, 116 in B and 17 in C Grade. The overall percentage remained
66.50 per cent.
In B.Ed (Evening), only 22 candidates appeared in the
examination, nine passed in B Grade and 5 in C, making an overall percentage of
63.63 per cent.
KU has also informed that the provisional admission list
of successful candidates of master and diploma admissions 2007-08 (Evening
Programme) will be put on display on June 30, instead of June 26 at the main
Silver Jubilee Gate and Directorate of Evening Programme.
