here.
Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Tanvir Mahmood Ahmed, who

"Earning commission in the PAF is, no doubt, a matter of singular honour and
pride, but you must take into cognisance the responsibilities and obligations
that are incumbent upon a PAF officer."
The PAF chief said safeguarding
freedom, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Pakistan should remain
supreme. In the modern warfare of today, he said, air power offers a unique
option of safeguarding the sovereignty and integrity of nations.
"It is
a great tribute to our service that the PAF, over the years, has proudly upheld
the traditions of courage, perseverance and high professionalism. As the young
custodians of this heritage, it should be your passion not only to uphold these
traditions but also inscribe new chapters of glory in the annals of PAF's
magnificent history," he said.
Earlier on his arrival, PAF Academy Air
Officer Commanding Air Vice Marshal Muhammad Hassan received the chief guest.
Aviation Cadet Nida Tahir and Aviation Cadet Sabeen Aziz, who are the members of
