HYDERABAD, Oct 14: District Government Hyderabad has accepted a
longstanding demand of the teachers' community for regularising jobs of more
than 30 female secondary and higher secondary teachers of the
district.
The district nazim Hyderabad on Friday distributed the
regularisation letters among these teachers, who were working on temporary basis
in different educational institutions of the district.
According to the
decision, their regularisation has been deemed effective from Jan 1,
2004.
Speaking on the occasion, district nazim Kanwar Naveed Jamil said
that the present district government was fully committed to improve the
educational standard by providing quality education in government schools so
that the children could also acquire the same level of knowledge, which is being
imparted in private educational institutions.

arranging teachers training programme are part of the programme of district
government to ensure quality education in every nook and corner of the
city.
The present government, he said, was also utilising all its

a cordial atmosphere.
He said regularisation of these female teachers is
also another milestone of the district government as it has resolved the
