PU getting ready to celebrate 125 years
LAHORE, Oct 25: All departments of the Punjab University (PU) are
preparing to celebrate 125 years of the Punjab University in the second week of
December, PU Vice Chancellor (VC) Dr Arif But said on Wednesday.
The VC
told reporters that 125 years of the university had been full of academic
achievements. He said it was the time to implement academic rights in the
university.
He said the PU "stands among 500 best universities of the
world".
The university would provide all facilities to the students and
teachers to achieve academic excellence, he added.
Dr Arif said the PU
management would make the university a role model, with the help of the
