"Guys, I was one of the Bare witness of this incident. I saw that poor girl crossing the road a minute back and then heard her scream, my wife sitting at my bikes back seat saw the whole incident. I was the first one to reach her and cover her dead body with her clothes then one of the student gave her dupta to a van driver to cover her body completely. The point of me submitting this info here is that the driver of the trolly is completely innocent. I can swear on that she came in the middle of high speen traffic and there was a car infront ofher when that car horned her to move, she got confused and moved one step forward and at that type trolly was just 1 to 2 meters away from her and her legs were suddenly trapped in trolls front wheels. until the driver can apply breaks it was too late and once teh whole tractor rolled her benetah it. Driver got confused and scared and instead of pulling breaks at that time he tried to speed up and run but was caught on before the muzung road signal which leads to ferozepur road and bashir Daul Mahi. Now you guyz can judge yourself that it was not that drivers fault and If someone can give me Victims house address I will like to go there and talk to them to forgive that driver. maybe his blessing will lead the poor girl to heaven because it is one of the biggest good deads to fogive soemone even when that person is innocent to that extent. your reply will be highly apprecitaed if any one can provide me the address. I dont want to go to Stupid Police station for that cause belive me."

Students criticized college admin for not following fee structure
Lahore: A Large number of students of Government College of Technology, Railway
Road, staging a protest demonstration, criticized the college
administration for allegedly not following instructions of the
government regarding fee structure. The demo was staged
outside the Lahore Press Club in which protesting students while
carrying banners and placards chanted slogans against the college
administration and demanded cut in fee as per announcement of the
government. Most of the protestors were students of Diploma of
Associate Engineering (DAE) of various technologies studying in second
and third year in the second shift. They said the government
had announced that the institutions would not charge extra fee from
students of second shift and their fee structure would be at par with
those studying in the first shift programmes. "We are being charged
under the self-finance category and our annual fee is around Rs
25,000", they said. However, it is important to mention here
that Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA)
has recently announced that all those students who will be admitted in
second shift from 2009 will be charged the same fee being charged from
students of first shift.
