Manchester Metropolitan
|
MMU is one of the largest universities in Britain, offering around 700 courses and giving students the opportunity to undertake a range of industry placements and exchange programmes with international universities. It's investing £250m in brand new facilities at Manchester, Didsbury and Crewe and has a great social scene, having been voted best place to be a gay student by Diva magazine, ahead of London and Brighton. The student union has recently undergone a massive transformation and its bars are always heaving. Manchester boasts a rich cultural life, with a huge range of museums and live music venues. |
