Northumbria University
|
Northumbria has two campuses, one in the centre of Newcastle, and the other a few miles away. 2007 will see the opening of a brand new city campus extension, boasting state-of-the-art facilities. The existing campus, including its sports facilities, will also be re-vamped, giving the university an impressive city base. Northumbria's teaching has a good reputation, and courses allow for flexibility. It's also mindful of providing support for students who need it. The 25,000 students at Northumbria make up part of the large student population in Newcastle. The city is very student-friendly as a result, and a wonderful place to spend three years. |
