The Swansea Institute of Higher Education
The Swansea Institute of Higher Education is based in several campuses in and around the city of Swansea, with east access to Mumbles and the Gower peninsula.
The institute was founded in 1992 and became a member of the University of Wales in 2004, but its roots go back more than 150 years.
It offers courses under three main faculties - arts and design; applied design and engineering; and a third faculty broadly called "humanities", but also encompassing accounting, business and tourism. |
