The university is located on two sites in Hatfield, within easy reach of each other, and a third in St Albans. The purpose-built De Havilland campus is barely five years old, which accounts for the excellent facilities for sport, 24/7 learning and stylish undergraduate accommodation. It's all fairly close to London, too. Hertfordshire takes a flexible approach to learning, with possibilities for e-learning and part-time study. A new focus on creative and cultural industries has given rise to a host of new courses, including 3D games art, special effects, and music and entertainment industry management. |

Fees
£3,070 for full-time undergraduate courses in 2007-08.
Bursaries
The university will pay 50% of the value of the grant: those receiving the full £2,700 from the government will receive an annual bursary of £1,350, then on a sliding scale. Students may receive one of two main scholarships: those with at least 360 Ucas points will receive the chancellor's scholarship of £2,500 in their first year; science and engineering scholarships worth up to £3,000 over four years are available for students on specific courses who receive at least 280 Ucas points.
Accommodation
1,600 en-suite rooms on the De Havilland campus. Accommodation is guaranteed for first-years. Prices range from approximately £57 to £98 a week.
