Writtle College
|
Writtle College is an agricultural college based two miles from Chelmsford, in Essex. Established in 1893, it is now a partner college of the University of Essex, and offers courses in a full range of "land-based" subjects - from agriculture, animal science and equine science, to horticulture, conservation, design, business, sport, tourism (including adventure tourism) and leisure. The main campus is surrounded by its own estate, farm and gardens - the college says this serves as a "green laboratory" for students. |
