Admission for undergraduate and graduate programs at Hamdard University

Admission requirement for undergraduate programs
Students seeking admission to the BBA program should fulfill the following requirements of Intermediate 2nd division with at least 45% marks /"A" levels with good grades.

For BCS program : Intermediate (Pre-Engineering) with 50% marks OR Intermediate with Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science with 50% marks.

Admission requirement for graduate programs
  • MBA (Evening): The minimum requirements for admission to MBA Evening Degree program are Graduation in any discipline with, at least, one years experience in a supervisory position.
  • MBA (Executive): The minimum requirements for admission to MBA Executive Degree program are Graduation in any discipline with, at least, five years experience in a supervisory position.
  • MBA (2 Years): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with good grades and qualifying HIMSAT (Hamdard Institute of Management Sciences Aptitude Test).
  • MBA (1 Year): Master of Business Administration (One Year) Program is offered to those students who have completed their BBA (Hons.) degree from HIMS or any other recognized university.
  • MBA (Regular): Bachelor Degree in any discipline with at least 45% Marks.

  • MCS: Bachelors degree with atleast 50% marks major in Maths OR BCS with at least 2.5 CGPA
  • MS-IT: BE. Communications, Computer, Electronics, Electrical OR BEIT OR 3 Years BCS/BIT with at least 2.5 CGPA
