How many institutions can be sent my Test Report Form (TRF) for free of charge?
Candidates are entitled to receive one original IELTS TRF free of charge. Five original TRFs will be mailed free of charge by Examinations Services to institutions abroad on behalf of the candidate provided a request is made on the IELTS application form or alternatively, it reaches the British Council within 4 weeks of the receipt of the result.

ii) Additional TRF Requests
Candidates requesting that their TRFs be mailed to institutions (in addition to original 5) will be charged Rs500 per TRF for institutions within Pakistan and Rs1500 per TRF for institutions, which are abroad. A duplicate TRF will be issued at any time within two years of the test administration against written evidence (e.g. a police report/FIR, a court affidavit) that a candidate has lost or destroyed his/her TRF. The charges for a duplicate TRF will be Rs500.
