Generally, what is the test starting timing on the test day?
The start time of the IELTS test is 1300 hours (PST).

Candidates must report to the examination venue 45 minutes before the test with their original/valid national identity card and passport, venue notice letter, lead pencils, sharpener, erasers and blue/black ballpoint or pen. Candidates without any one original/valid ID document will not be allowed to take the test and will be marked absent * on the test date.

Candidates who arrive late (after 1300 hours) will not be admitted inside the examination hall. No result will be issued to candidates who are involved in impersonation and/or misconduct. A malpractice report will be circulated to all IELTS centres worldwide.

* A candidate marked absent on the test day will lose their full test fee.
