"First of all trust in Allah n your self, Be honest, corageous, co-oprative and use your brain while doing any thing. Dont undermine your colleagues. Keep this thing in mind Psychologist, GTO and Deputy President are experienced guys and can judge a candidate in a very first instance but benefit of doubt goes to a andidate therefore 4 days have been given to candidate to prove himself. If they have to see their marks, height, fastness or any other thing which a normal company sees then it would take only an hour to take interview and select but think what they want to see. Read books on leadership, search internet learn about islamic generals you will find the qualities, you must have. enlist them and try to adopt them make them your habit and nature. Then appear in ISSB and you will find that you are really different from others and no body can stop you from selecting. May Allah bless you all."

You have to do a lot there but three main not to dos are:
1. Dont dodge.
2. Dont be greedy.
