Admission Information for Infant 1
Infant 1 caters to the youngest age group (3.5 - 5 + years). It has Nurseries and Kindergartens housed in it.

Admission Procedure
An original and photocopy of K.M.C Birth Certificate. A recent extract, i.e. made within the last six months will not be accepted. Along with two passport size photographs.

Age Group
Nurseries between 3.5 - 4.4 Years.
Kindergarten 4.5 - 5.4 Years.

Admission Information for Infant 2
Application Procedure:
Admissions are available on the basis of vacancy in the month of February every year and session starts in august.
 Submit the application with the following documents:
    * Previous school attended progress report.
    * Birth certificate
    * Kindly mention your contact numbers when you submit the application.

Age Group
Grade 1 as of August, between 5.5 to 6.4 years
Grade 2 as of August, between 6.5 to 7.4 years

Registration Procedure
Registration forms are issued after verifying age
Three photographs of the student is required.
Make payment for registration fee and obtain receipt
After giving the complete detail as well as your mailing address on the envelope, submit the registration form and receive an appointment slip for the test and parents interview.

Admission Formality
If you fail to come on the mentioned date your child's admission is cancelled even if the fee has been paid.
Submit the photo copies of the following
- Admission letter you received through courier
- Paid challan (bring original to verify)
- Previous school leaving certificate (original to verify)
You will be required to fill out the two copies of the admission forms.
Admission circular to the parents is then issued.

Admission Information for Junior 1
Applications that we get through the year are reviewed.
Parents and children are interviewed and then tested.

Submit the application with the following documents
- Previous school attended progress report.
- Birth certificate and one photocopy.
- 2 passport size photographs

Age Group
Grade 2 between 6.5 to 7.4
Grade 3 between 7.5 to 8.4

Admission is only on merit. If a child comes up to the required level, then he/she is given admission.

Admission Information for Junior Campus
  1. Applications are welcome at any time of the year. The applications accepted are entertained for the following academic year
  2. In February, the applicants are called to the school for registration. At the time of registration a fee of Rs 500 has to be deposited in the office along with the following documents:
  3. passport size pictures
  4. Original birth certificates to be shown photocopy to be submitted.
  5. On registration, a date to test the child is given.
  6. On the day of the test, the child has to be accompanied by both parents.
  7. If your child is found eligible or non eligible for admissions, the parents are notified within 10 days through courier service.
  8. Age Group
    Grade 4 between 8.5 to 9.4 years
    Grade 5 between 9.5 to 10.4 years
NOTE: New academic term starts in August.

Admission Information for Senior 1
Matric Section
Admissions open for grade 6, 7, 8 and 9 in March ever year as the new session begins in the 1st week of April.

Apply latest by Feb.
Copy of the last school report and also stating the reason for the change of school. If their application is accepted they are informed by phone
  • For registration Bring 2 photographs and birth certificate of the child.
  • The child is tested and interviewed on a given date along with his/her parents.
  • The child's result is dispatched through courier.

Age Group
  • Grade 6 between 10 to 11 as of 1st August
  • Grade 7 between 11 to 12 as of 1st August
  • Grade 8 between 12 to 13 as of 1st August
  • Grade 9 between 13 to 14 as of 1st August
Successful candidates are required to collect the fee challan from the school office. The payment is made in the prescribed bank. After the payment parents are required to fill in the admission form and send the child to school.

College Section
College admissions are open for first year students only. The admissions open in the first week of June purely on merit. The college offers five discipline:
  • Premedical
  • Pre engineering
  • Computer science
  • Commerce
  • Humanities

Facilities like well-equipped labs; tutoring and co-curricular activities are provided in their best form. Seminars are held to develop social skills of intermediate college students.
For further information and to apply for admissions, contact the office personnel by February.

Admission Information for O level
Admissions open in February
- Collecting application for admission.
- Photocopies of birth certificate and last school report to be submitted along with the application.

Age Group
  • Grade 6 between 10.6 to 11.5 as of 1st August
  • Grade 7 between 11.5 to 12.4 as of 1st August
  • Grade 8 between 12.6 to 13.5 as of 1st August
  • Grade 9 between 13.6 to 14.5 as of 1st August
  • Grade 10 between 14.6 to 15.5 as of 1st August
  • Grade 11 between 15.6 to 16.5 as of 1st August
April/ May
- Registration of students.
- Photographs of the child needed with the registration form.
- Slips for the testing date and time to be provided to the parents/Guardians
May
- Testing of Students.
May/June
- Results - end of May or in June.
August
- New academic term begins

Admission Information for A level
THE ADMISSION PROCESS:
Application forms must be duly completed and returned along with all necessary documents, within three working days after the declaration of the O-level result.
The call for interview through courier service will be given immediately after short-listing the candidates.
The final selection of candidates admitted will be mailed at the addresses provided at the conclusion of the interviews.
 

REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION:
  • The age of eligibility is between 16 to 17 years by August 2003.
  • Attested photocopy of original birth certificate (according to school records).
  • Attested copy of clearance certificate, indicating all financial commitments to the previous school have been cleared.
  • Attested transcript (Classes IX, X and XI) of the last school attended and the attached FPS A-Level transcript.
  • Form # 2 to be filled by the Principal or any teacher of the previous school.
  • An attested photocopy of the O-level result.
  • Three (3) (1 x 1) photographs.
  • The candidate must have an 'A' or 'B' in the subjects of his/her choice.
  • The candidates must have at least a 'B' or 'C' in the English Language Paper.
  • An essay of 300 words stating your strengths and weaknesses and the reason why you have opted for the subjects of your choice. (Essay to be hand written legibly on an A-4 size paper).
