Who is exempted from taking Toefl test?
If you have completed the last two years of your baccalaureate
degree or one year of graduate school in the United States, United Kingdom,
Canada (except Quebec), or Australia, you are exempt from the TOEFL exam. You
are not exempt if the language of instruction was in English, but is not the
native language of the country, or if you have lived in an English-speaking
country for several years.
