Bomb scare St. Joseph & St. Patrick

KARACHI, July 26: There was yet another bomb scare in the city, this time at St. Joseph's Convent High School and St. Patrick's College Wednesday. According to the bomb disposal squad (BDS), the '15' police received an anonymous call at 10:55 a.m. warning that a bomb had been fixed in St. Joseph's Convent High School in the jurisdiction of the Saddar Police Station and St. Patrick's College, Lines area, Brigade Police Station limits.

The caller further informed the police that there would be more blasts in the school and college at a gap of 15 minutes. The police, ambulances and fire brigade rushed to the scene and searched the place for around an hour-and-a-half before declaring it safe. Daily times
