Six students caught using unfair means
Karachi, June 7(The News): Director General (Colleges) Sindh, Rafique Ahmed Siddiqi, caught five students
of the Commerce Group red-handed while using unfair means while sitting for
thier examinations.
According to a handout issued on Wednesday, the DG
raided SM Arts and Science College and found students bearing roll numbers
602354, 601894, 610488, 610988 and 602365 using unfair means.
Meanwhile,
Provincial Secretary Education Subhago Jatoi also expelled a candidate bearing
roll no 538371 for using unfair means in the exams at DJ Science
College.
Meanwhile, a delegation of the All Private School Management
Association (APSMA), led by its President Syed Khalid Shah, met with the
Secretary Education at the latterís office.
The resumption of new
academic session from August 1 came under discussion besides holding of private
school exams from Class 1 to 8 by the EDOs. The APSMA has requested the
educational authorities to let them open schools from August 1.
