Passed MOHAP GP exam, What is jobbing prospect & salary?
Since you have only passed MOHAP(Ministry of Health and Prevention) GP exam and possess an eligibility letter as a result, not a practicing license. You might see some compromising positions while securing your entry place into UAE healthcare market, unless you have good experience or western qualifications.
For many of the fresh candidates, you may see more demand in smaller emirates and rural areas when compared to Sharjah and Ajman. The salary structure may range from AED 6000 to 12,000(Monthly) in smaller clinics or rural areas when comparing the salary structure of established hospitals which ranges from AED 10,000 to 20,000(Monthly).
What if you don't get a job soon?
Whether you only have an Eligibility letter or already have a Medical License, but still can not find a suitable job yet in UAE. It's not the end of world, you may have many suitable job offers in future but waiting and struggling for them while creating a vacuum in your clinical practice will always have negative impact at your career.
Therefore, it is advisable to keep your clinical practice active at home country, maintain CME credits, and apply widely across all northern Emirates during this time, you will soon get a good job.
For fresh candidates with Eligibility letter only, which will remain valid for 5 years, so you have time, but avoid 2+ clinical gap during this time.
