What is MOHAP Exam General Exemption Criteria?
Exemption criteria for MOHAP exam varies as per the health category you are applying for, but generally if you are a doctor(physician/dentist), pharmacist, nurse, or allied health professional and hold a valid/active license from regulatory authority of countries such as;
- UAE Health Authorities, such as DOH(Department of Health) Abu Dhabi or DHA(Dubai Health Authority).
- USA (USMLE/state boards)
- UK (GMC – General Medical Council)
- Canada (MCC – Medical Council of Canada)
- Australia (AHPRA)
- New Zealand (MCNZ)
- Ireland (Medical Council of Ireland)
What is Exemption Criteria for Specialist & Consultant?
Doctors who have already passed internationally recognized fellowship or membership exams such as MRCS, MRCP, FRCS, FRCP, UAE Board, Australian fellowship, Canadian Board, Arab Board or others, will be exempted to sit for written MOHAP Prometric exam.
What is Exemption Criteria for Nurses?
Nurses who have passed internationally recognized exams such as NCLEX (USA), NMC (UK), or equivalent licenses from tier-one countries may be exempted to sit for written MOHAP Prometric exam.
