DHA general dentist exam experience requirement
Dentists applying for DHA(Dubai Health Authority) General Dentist exam must meet General Requirements, where 2 years hands on clinical experience is required after a house-job/internship. Non-clinical roles, teaching / volunteer work without clinical practice may not count.
What if i have a gap in clinical practice?
If you have any continuous period exceeding 2 years during which you were not in clinical practice, that is not diagnosing, treating, or performing patient-related dental procedures after completing your degree or after your last job. In such cases, DHA often asks for evidence of CME/CPD credits or short-term retraining.
