What is DataFlow for MOHAP exam?
DataFlow is a verification process of your uploaded documents such as degrees, experience certificates, good standing certificate, professional license(if any), exemption document(if any) etc. This process is required by all healthcare professionals. MOHAP uses DataFlow Group to authenticate all such documents before being considered eligible to appear in the Prometric exam.
how can i transfer my existing Dataflow report to MOHAP exam?
Yes, you can. Being a healthcare professional, you may already have your positive DataFlow report from other health authority such as DHA, DOH, OMSB, or other gulf countries, in such cases you may simply transfer your existing DataFlow report to MOHAP through following the given process:
- Login to your existing account at DataFlow Candidate Portal.
- Select 'Report Transfer' option and choose MOHAP as the new licensing authority where you wish to transfer this report.
- You may be required to enter your DataFlow reference number, Passport number for verification.
- Confirm the number documents to transfer.
- You will be charged a transfer fee USD $80–150 (AED 300–550) depending on category.
- If you are required to verify any addition document then you will changed additionally for each new document.
Can my MOHAP application still be rejected after positive DataFlow?
Yes, as DataFlow only verifies the authenticity of our uploaded documents, whereas MOHAP(Ministry of Health and Prevention) also confirms whether any healthcare professional meets the educational, experience, training or other relevant requirement for the applied healthcare title. Therefore, even with the positive DataFlow PSV(Primary Source Verification), your MOHAP application may be rejected.

"I be submitted my CV for the Mid Carrier Recruitment for Radiologist by the MOHAP to the anchor person and was asked to go online to get evaluated by the MOHAP. Amongst the requirements and conditions for the registration of Specialist/Consultants is to register and pass the GP prometric examination. This process will take at least 6 months. Can one one go through this process and still meet up with the dead line for the radiologist recruitment excercise which also has its own examination or test. I feel that it is better for the MOHAP to arrange specialist targeted examinations. This will ensure a highly skilled specialist oriented and fast recruitment process. Nevertheless, l would like to know whether this GP exam is mandatory for Radiologists recruitment this year. Please may l have a responce urgently. ."
