MOHAP DataFlow requirements for Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses
While registering for MOHAP(Ministry of Health and Prevention) exam, the Dataflow verification step which is mandatory for all healthcare professionals whether they are doctors, pharmacists, nurses, or other healthcare professionals, are required to go though this PSV (Primary Source Verification) process to different required documents. If verified the authenticity of the submitted documents then a candidate is issued a positive Dataflow report. For discrepancy, the candidate is updated accordingly, so that candidate can address any such discrepancy issue. In case Dataflow agency is not able to verify the authenticity of submitted document/s, then a negative PSV report is issued to the candidate.
What are required documents for Doctors?

- Specialty degree(Board certification, Fellowship, etc), if applying for specialist or consultant role
- Experience Certificates

- Good Standing Certificate
- Passport & Photograph
What are required documents for Nurses & Midwives?
- Educational Documents(BSc Nursing / Diploma in Nursing / Midwifery)
- Experience Certificates - for some positions fresh graduates may be eligible
- Nursing License / Registration(From home country or last country of practice)

- Register New Username and Password
- Activate the Username via the activation link
- Access the Eservices page
- Select the evaluation system
- Fill in the required information
- Scan and upload the required documents
- Complete the listed procedures
- Proceed to the Epayment page
- Settle the payment
