
MOHAP Pharmacist Exam - What are required documents?
Candidate who is willing to practice as a pharmacist in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) under the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), one must meet specific educational, professional, and documentation requirements. These are the list of general requirements needed while applying for MOHAP (Ministry of Health And Prevention) UAE Pharmacist exam;
- Diploma / Degree (B.Pharm/M.Pharm/PharmD etc) and Mark-sheets / Transcripts.
- Matric & Inter certificates.
- Valid registration certificate of pharmacy council from country of graduation and/or country of last employment.
- Recent two (2) years experience certificate issued by the facility of practice and signed by the Human Resources Department or Director. Corporate or sales experience is usually not acceptable.
- Recent Good Standing Certificate (GSC) from the country of last employment. GSC is only valid for six (6) months from date of issue.
- One (1) colored passport photograph.
- Valid passport copy (not expiring within next 6 to 8 months)
MOHAP DataFlow requirements for Pharmacists
Do all these documents need to be in English or Arabic?
Yes, all above documents must be translated in English or Arabic (if already in another language). But while doing DataFlow process, both the original document as well as translated copy should be uploaded together in the DataFlow/MOHAP portal.
