What is DHA Exam Retake Policy?
If you have already failed your first attempt then you can still apply again, but before reapplying, it's better to understand retake policy.
- You can simply reapply through your Sheryan account.
- You can make upto 3 attempts with a single Sheryan registration for DHA exam. After failing third time, you must wait for upto 12 month to gain some additional training or experience.
- As all UAE health authorities(MOHAP, DHA, DOH) come under a unified health policy, failing any health authority exam will count towards those 3 available attempts.
How to schedule DHA exam after fail?
- Simply login to your DHA Sheryan account.
- Find out the status of your previous Failed attempt in your dashboard. You should be able to find 'Reschedule' option there.
- Simply reschedule or reapply for DHA exam, pay the required fee(AED 250 - 500, as per your health category).
- Through booking exam you will be redirected to Prometric exam portal, pay the exam fee again.
- Normally, as you have already completed your DataFlow PSV, therefore no need for this process again unless explicitly required by DHA.

- Thoroughly practice with Prometric style questions.
- Create time based tests to familiarize yourself with the exam day stress.
- Instead of memorizing the questions, try to understand the theme by going through available explanations.
- Focus on your grey/weak areas through monitoring the test analytics.
