DHA Eligibility letter is issued by DHA (Dubai Health Authority) once you pass your DHA Prometric exam. This letter serves as proof that the concerned doctor, nurse, pharmacist or other allied healthcare professional has successfully pass the exam and can apply for job within the DHA’s operated health facilities. This letter is valid for one year from the time of issuing date.

Common Problems
DHA exam result delayed or not showing
If you are facing a result delay for more than 2-5 working days after completing the Prometric test then,
- Verify that your exam status shows “completed”.
- contact DHA support if it exceeds 7 working days.
Eligibility Letter Not Issued After Passing Exam
After successfully passing the exam, sometimes the eligibility letter is not generated right away due to;
- Your DataFlow verification is still under review.
- Missing documents.
- The 'Pass' status has not been updated yet.
Solution:
- Ensure your DataFlow Group report is completed.
- Recheck uploaded documents.
- If problem persist the raise a support request through the DHA portal.
Passed DHA Exam but License Not Activated
Passing the DHA exam does not mean your professional license is automatically activated. Secure employment first, then your employer can activate the license.
