DHA Prometric exam schedule, documentation process
The DHA(Dubai Health Authority) does not publish a fixed exam schedule for different healthcare professionals, instead they have to search through Prometric official website once eligibility is confirmed by DHA.
What are common issues faced while scheduling DHA exam?
- Sheryan Eligibility Criteria Assessment: It is indeed one of the starting point where many of the healthcare professional get themselves declared 'Not Eligible' because of not providing the required information as asked during this assessment process.
- DataFlow Delays: Sometime DataFlow Verification Process takes more than its usual time for documents verification, and the major reason behind this is unresponsive institutions or employers.
- Document Mismatch: Another common issue faced by healthcare professionals, specially from subcontinent, is name differences in documents such as Passport, Degrees etc.
To avoid any such issues, healthcare professionals should ensure that all documents are consistent(like same name, DOH, signatures). Experience letter should be on official letterhead with official stamp and properly signed by concerned personnel. While during Dataflow process, actively follow up your institutions or employers.
How early should one book DHA exam?
As soon as you have prepared for a related health category DHA exam and have started the registration process with preferably DataFlow PSV successful result. Its best to book early since slots in preferred test centers fill fast.
