Common Issues with Pearson VUE Testing Service?
Healthcare professionals may face some technical or procedural issues while booking their Pearson Vue exam. We have outlined some common issues with their possible solutions.
- Eligibility ID Problem: If your Pearson Vue details are not synced with TAMM account then you should wait for 24 to 48 hours after receiving your eligibility id.
- Login / Account Errors: After unable to login to Pearson vue account with the provided login details, you may use Forgot Password option to recover updated password.
- Payment Declined: Use internationally enabled credit/debit card.
- Rescheduling / Cancellation: While trying to reschedule/cancel exam, make sure you are doing it within 48 hours of your exam time, otherwise you will not be allowed and fee will be forfeited.
- Test Center Issues: It is advisable to arrive at your test center 30 minutes early, latecomers may not be allowed to attend the exam. Similarly, if you do not carry your original passport or other required document then you may also miss to attend the exam.
- Issues During Exam: If you face any technical issue during your exam, simply raise your hand to alert the test administrator, he will take action accordingly.
