DoH Abu Dhabi exam required documents for healthcare professionals
Healthcare professionals who are willing to apply for the Department of Health (DoH) Abu Dhabi exam, need to ensure availability of certain educational and professional documents for the verification and eligibility assessment process. DOH Common Required Documents (All Healthcare Professionals)
- Academic certificate. Copy of degree backside (for applicants who recieved degrees from Pakistan, Egypt and Afghanistan)
- Good Standing Certificate which must be valid and not older than six months at the time of application for licensure covering the minimum required experiences for the applied title.
- Photo + Passport + Visa + Emirates ID (if applicable)
- Appointment letter
- Experience certificate(s)
- Print, complete and upload Staff Data Form and Security clearance (e-Tarasol) barcode sheet - These two forms will be provided to you during DoH online registration process.
- Official Logbook for the Past 2 Years For Surgeons
