Can a single DataFlow Report be transferred to different authority?
Yes, any healthcare professionals who has once completed and verified by DataFlow group and issued positive P.S.V(Primary Source Verification) report, then you can simply transfer it to the new health authority(i.e. DHA/DOH/MOHAP/SMLE/KMLE) when needed, but if there is a certain gap in your DataFlow P.S.V and new exam registration date, then you only need to verify your experience certificate for that particular gap through DataFlow, or if have earned any additional degree, then it also needs to be verified by DataFlow. Your existing DataFlow verified report will be used with any of such additional documents only.
How to Transfer DataFlow Report?
You can simply transfer your PSV report to different health authority through following the given guidelines;
- Log in to your existing account at DataFlow portal.
- After successfully logging in to your account dashboard, start a new case and select report transfer.
- Download and submit the LOA(Letter of Authorization) which is required for the process.
- Upload any new educational or experience certificate(if required).
- Pay the transfer fee which varies as per health authority but tentatively it ranges from AED 100-300. Independent consultants usually quote this as AED 300-500 which may additionally include their service charges.
How much time DataFlow report transfer takes?
Geeraly, this process may take 5 to 10 working days, if no new document is submitted for verification, otherwise it may take 15 to 30 working days.
