What is DHA DataFlow Primary Source Verification(PSV) process?
The Dataflow group conducts Primary Source Verification (PSV) for Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists and Allied Healthcare professionals, a process of verifying the applicant’s documents directly from the original or primary source that issued the document, to confirm its authenticity, to ensure that subjected healthcare professional has the qualification/experience/licenses he/she claims. This process normally takes about 20 to 40 working days upon submission of a complete set of documents and making required payment.
What are different status one may face for DataFlow process?
As a result of DataFlow process for your given documents, you may see status such as;
- Verified: means that the provided documents have gone through verification process successfully and DataFlow has accepted them.
- Unable to Verify: means that DataFlow needs applicant's assistance in order speed up the reply process by the concerned authority(i.e.universities or employers not responding quickly).
- Negative / Discrepancy: means that DataFlow found any subjected document fake or altered.
What to do during DataFlow Negative/Discrepancy status?
In case of any discrepancy, you may add missing information to Dataflow existing application. Submitting Fake or unverifiable credentials again may result in permanent rejection.
