Am I eligible to get DOH /HAAD Abu Dhabi licensure?
Generally being a healthcare professional you must fulfill certain requirements to be able to work in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi UAE.
- Should have medical degree/diploma from a recognized/accredited medical university.
- Should have completed internship/house-job (if required for related health category).
- Should have required clinical experience as per your health category(i.e. 2 years post internship clinical experience).
- Should have license/registration in home country.
- Should pass DataFlow verification process for all available documents.
- Should pass DOH Pearson Vue Exam.
- Should meet CME/CPD requirements if have clinical gap.
- Should have no malpractice record.
What if I studied in Ukraine, China, or Russia?
Healthcare professionals specially doctors who have studied(i.e. MBBS/MD) from Ukraine, China, or Russia can apply for the DOH exam as long as their university is recognized. Follow our related guidelines.
