No, you cannot work in Dubai after holding a MOHAP license. Dubai has its own healthcare licensing authority known as DHA (Dubai Health Authority), and only healthcare professionals who have successfully passed DHA exam are allowed to work in Dubai hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, or diagnostic centers. Good news is that the candidate with MOHAP license may still transfer license to DHA without being required to sit for DHA Prometric exam in many cases.
