DHA exam exemption criteria for MD doctors and Licensing Workflow
What is Exemption Criteria for MD Doctors?
To be exempted from DHA Dubai written Prometric exam, MD doctors should;
- Hold additional recognized degree or medical license from western countries such as USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore, South Africa.
- Have passed international licensing exams like USMLE Steps etc.
What is DHA Licensing Workflow?
- Assess your eligibility through DHA Sheryan Assessment tool.
- Upload required educational, experience or other documents.
- Initiate DataFlow process.
- Receive Eligibility Letter(if exempted), otherwise schedule your Prometric exam.
- After successfully passing exam, submit job offer and start licensing process through your employer.

"I have an MD degree in general medicine from romania.I also have a registeration from the irish medical council. Dha exemption guidelines states that doctors with irish registration are exempted from dha exams. Is this true. Can i get an exemption for MOH with irish registration? ."
