MOH UAE registration documents attestation
"I am a General Practitioner + Gyn/Obs. Do I have to get attested all my documents if I am converting DHA License to MOH. If so, Do I have to personally present to get attestation from Ministry of Foreign Affair in the UAE? Cant I send my Friend on with my request letter to get attestation from Ministry of foreign affairs in the UAE. Looking forward your reply. "
