What are MOHAP exam requirements, schedule, and documents?
Before scheduling your MOHAP(Ministry of Health and Prevention) exam, a healthcare professional must meet MOHAP's eligibility criteria
Although there is no fixed exam schedule for MOHAP exam, instead one can schedule MOHAP exam once you are allotted an Eligibility ID from MOHAP after your evaluation process.
What documents must be submitted?
The evaluation service lists documents such as degree certificate, academic record/transcript, experience certificate (if applicable), license/registration certificate (if applicable), good standing certificate, passport copy, etc.

"I would like to write the exam for MOHAP UAE licence for General practitioners. I have already applied for primary source verification in data flow mohap uae and payment of 1651AED also have done. In a mail from data flow they mentioned to sign the letter of authorization and to upload the same along with other documents on MOHAP UAE portal.But I couldnt do that.
