How to schedule/book MOHAP exam?
Healthcare professionals can Book MOH exam throughout 2025 based upon available exam slots through the Prometric exam website. A candidate can attempt this exam three times. The result is issued with only a Pass/Fail status, detail score are not shown.
What is MOHAP DataFlow process?
DataFlow is a mandatory process to be completed by all healthcare professionals before they could appear in MOHAP(Ministry of Health and Prevention) exam. This process verifies the legitimacy of all of your provided educational and professional documents before you can sit for the MOHAP licensing exam or get your eligibility letter. How to start MOHAP DataFlow process?
You may start your MOH exam application through creating an account at MOHAP portal. Upload required documents for Physicians, Dentists or other healthcare categories, and pay the application fee. Once your application is approved, you will be required to pay DataFlow Verification charges.
How much time DataFlow process takes?
Normally, it takes about 20 to 40 working days to complete your DataFlow PSV(Primary Source Verification) report, but sometimes, it can take beyond this time if there is any discrepancy found in your provided documents.
What are common causes for DataFlow process delay?
- Name Mismatch in provided documents, specially between passport and other certificates.
- Not providing documents as required, like providing experience certificate on a plain paper instead of health facility/employer letterhead.
- Unaccredited or Unresponsive institutions, causing uncertain delays.
- Good Standing Certificate is expired.
- Submitting multiple applications with different email addresses.
